Description: A government think tank have said Chinese firms are to blame for the selling of counterfeit stamps. Royal Mail are investigating but say that less than 1 per cent of stamps are counterfeit and are often bought online. Consumers have however claimed they've bought the stamps from convenience stores with Post Office counters. This then costs the receiver of the mail £5 to collect their mail.
