Description: Tabata Torch Tuesdays – 15 minutesnThese workouts use the Tabata protocol in a boot camp style HIIT Intensity workout. nnYou will perform a slightly different variation of a full 8 round Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of another exercise (yes instead of the 10 second rest, you will perform another exercise). nnYou would complete 8 rounds for 4 minutes of each exercise duo. Rest for 1 minute and then move onto the next station or duo of exercises n2Total stations
