In early April, On Track Academy began partnering with Spokane Falls Community College and Spokane Public Library on a collaborative project.nnCarl Richardson's Advanced Design Class at SFCC created stained-glass panel designs based on the golden mean. With feedback from students in Erin Bangle's Advanced Stained-Glass/Pathway class at OTA, the designs were revised into final patterns for panels, then built by the OTA students over the month of May.nnThe panels are hanging in four Spokane Public
