Tewkesbury Borough Safety Advisory Group stated last year that the 2023 event had put a strain on emergency services after several people suffered injuries following the event.<br/><br/>This year it seems IShowSpeed could be another heading to the emergency room after he appeared to suffer an injury to his leg during the race.<br/><br/>He was seen tumbling down a hill and landing flat on his back as the race began but did not seem to be seriously harmed after the race.
