Description: The NOSC (or NEL) Tower was built in 1959 but collapsed into the ocean in January 1988 during an El Nino storm. Her toppled remains sit in about 55 feet of water and have 20 - 25 feet of relief. Various parts of the structure are covered in anemones and marine encrustations.
