Description: I submitted a notice to my back asking them to provide me with a non-interest barring account without a SSN as their employes refused to opening one for me stating that its an internal policy. Before I expatriated from the U.S and repatriated to the Republic of California I sent them a notice as U.S citizen quoting:n31 CFR 103.33 requires financial institutions to include a “notation in the record” that a customer lacks a socialnsecurity number or certain other identification.n31 CFR 103.34
