Description: BMW M has expanded its high-performance line-up with the arrival of a newly developed six-cylinder engine. Forming the heart of the X3M and X4M models, the 515ps unit is one of the company’s first to utilize 3D printing in its production. nnThe cylinder head core is manufactured using 3D printing technology, enabling geometric forms to be created that are beyond the capability of conventional metal casting techniques. This cuts the weight of the cylinder head core and enables its coolant ducts
