President Droupadi Murmu presented the awards. Founder of Sulabh International, Bindeshwar Pathak, posthumously & renowned Bharatanatyam dancer Padma Subrahmanyam were conferred with the Padma Vibhushan. Former Uttar Pradesh governor Ram Naik and industrialist Sitaram Jindal were conferred with the Padma Bhushan.
