Once thawed, cut the sheets into your desired shape (squares, rectangles, or strips).<br/>Add toppings: Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon sugar and a pinch of salt evenly over the cut puff pastry.<br/>Bake: Place the seasoned pastry on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.<br/>Prepare masala tea: While the khari is baking, make the masala tea. Boil water in a pot and add tea leaves, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes. Add milk and sugar, bring back to a boil, then simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
