The practice session the day before had been dry.On race day the weather had been uncertain; rain threatened, but none came, so I did not change the set-up I had run in practice.I made my way to the collection area under dark skies, and the heavens opened almost straight away.The rain came down heavier, and heavier, so by the time the race started the track was a river.I got a good start, but visibility was very poor (the camera sees better than I could through a visor full of water).E
