_eddie-sinton39s-fatal-crash-carrowdore-2000-aftermath.webp "Eddie Sinton from Tandragee, Armagh, Northern Ireland, UK, died after crashing at a fast bend on the second lap of the Regal 600 race of the Carrowdore 100, on the Ards Peninsula. Sinton was transported to the Ulster Hospital in Belfast but the thirty-four-year-old rider was declared dead on arrival.<br/><br/>The meeting was abandoned after the accident.<br/><br/>Eddie Sinton started racing in 1989, he spent the early seasons riding a Yamaha TZ350 and a Honda CBR600; results began to come in 1993, when he was offered to ride the 600 Yamaha formerly owned by Leslie Caster.<br/><br/>With this machine Sinton obtained a string of top ten finishes, the most memorable being a fourth and fifth at Bishops court a sixth at the Temple and a fourth in the Newcomers race at the Manx Grand Prix.<br/><br/>In 1995 Sinton continued to achieve good results, he was a regular on the top five positions, but the season ended tragically with the death of his close friend Ian King at the Temple. An affected Eddie Sinton crashed in the last race of the season at the Sunflower, braking his pelvis. The shocking sequence of occurrences was enough to make him retire from competitions.<br/><br/>Sinton spent the following two years without racing, but in 1997 he decided to return with a new Honda 600 cm3. However the season was to be short-lived, as he crashed at Dundalk in June, breaking his collarbone.<br/><br/>The following year he was on his bike again to obtain in tewo years a remarkable sequence of good finishes which resulted in Eddie being offered a machine of the Moira Club for the 2000 season.<br/><br/>With a competitive bike Eddie obtained a third place at his home circuit of Tandragee and another third place at Skerries. Eddie Sinton went to the last race of the season at Carrowdore having almost secured the Moria bike for 2001, unfortunately he was killed during the competition.<br/><br/>R.I.P")

The Umayyads, who are called the accursed tree in the Quran [17:60], were the main enemies of the Prophet during his time. Under the leadership of Abu-Sufyan, Muawiyah’s father, the Umayyads had led the unbelievers’ army and participated in multiple battles against the Holy Prophet. After years of opposition, they did not convert to Islam, except to save their lives when the Muslims had conquered their home city of Mecca. They never had sincere belief in the teachings of the Prophet. Surprisingly, these opponents of the Prophet acquired the government over the Prophet’s followers, and established the first monarchy after him. The Umayyads were not only looking out for their own interests, but also used every opportunity to eliminate the true teachings of the Prophet. They interpreted Islam in a way that would benefit them, twisting it into a fallacious rendition. The Shia Imams, who had realized the threat of the Umayyads against Islam, used their entire potential to confront them since the beginning of their existence. The military activities of Imam Ali, Imam Hasan, and Imam Hossein against the Umayyads had aimed for this. The tragedy of Karbala was enough to disqualify the Umayyads as legitimate Islamic governors.
